Shipping to the United Kingdom
Riderwear provides FREE DELIVERY on everything in our store to almost all mainland UK addresses. We aim to despatch within 24 hours, maybe more for out-of-stock items or items that are special order. Items sent to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other non-UK mainland addresses along with these postcodes: AB31-AB38, AB40-AB45, AB51-AB56, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40-IV49, IV51-IV56, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PA80-PA88, PH1, PH5-PH26, PH30-PH44, ZE1-ZE3 will incur a surcharge.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed, but most items are delivered in 2-3 working days, however for a surcharge you can upgrade your shipping option and receive your goods quicker.
Our Helmets are sent out in brand new boxes, items clearly damaged in transit should not be accepted as once signed for, are accepted as delivered complete and undamaged. Riderwear cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for.
Your satisfaction is essential to Riderwear, which is why we use trusted shipping partners to send our products. ALL items are checked manually by us prior to despatch and are then placed into a brand new strong brown cardboard box. This protects the helmet and makes it easy for the customer to check for damage.
What about Europe and the Rest of the World?
We can ship throughout the European Union for a small surcharge. We can provide both economy and express options. We can also despatch around the world. Transit time across Europe is 4-6 days with economy shipping services.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
If we have shipped your item with a courier, check the tracking number via the despatch email from us. Please check your junk or spam filters – it may have gone into there. If the expected delivery date has passed, please contact the courier or email us and we can normally solve this issue very quickly.
My item has shipped via courier, how can I track it?
You should have received a despatch e-mail that contains a tracking number. Please check your junk or spam filters – it may have gone into there. Alternatively, please contact us and we can provide this for you. When contacting us you will need to provide us with your full name and address as per the order and your order number. The tracking number provided will detail the courier company we have despatched with.
Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
Yes, we do. We try to offer free postage where possible, but there may still be a shipping cost. If you are buying multiple items, you may be able to save by combining them into one box. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to discuss options.
